Ten years have passed since I fell in love with Agu pork. Work has begun on a renovation of a restaurant which is specializing in Agu Shabu Shabu and Sushi on the way to Churaumi Aquarium in northern Okinawa. I want to renovate carefully so that it becomes a comfortable space.
We serve not onlyshabu-shabu but also handmade homemade sio-kouji, soy-kouji, and charcoal-grilled agu-sushi and gelato using seasonal Okinawa fruit.
