OkuMasa Lunch Staff Wanted

We are looking for staff to help support our operations in Motobu.

At OkuMasa, we value Yanbaru’s island ingredients and aim to serve food that conveys the true character of this place.

We want the simple quality of each ingredient—and the daily work behind it—to come through.
Efficiency matters, but we also take proper care where care is needed.
With that in mind, we welcome our guests each day.

At OkuMasa and ShabuMasa, you may hear wild birds from the kitchen.
You may also hear guests say, “That was truly delicious!”
You can clearly feel that your work leads directly to someone’s enjoyment. Working while surrounded by the atmosphere of Yanbaru, and seeing the care you put in come back as someone’s happiness, are part of what makes working at our restaurants special.

You will start with preparation, plating, and simple cooking support for lunch and dinner service, then gradually learn the work step by step.
